Payment

You can choose from a range of secure and safe payment methods. Please notice that some payment options might not be available due to device and/or location.

- Credit and Debit Card Payment
- Apple Pay
- Google Pay
- PayPal
- Vipps

- Klarna Invoice with a 30-day payment term: If you choose to pay by invoice, you will receive the invoice by email when the package is sent from us. The invoice is due within 30 days.
- Klarna Part Payment or Account: Available as a separate option at checkout. The invoice is sent to the same email address entered with the order.

You must be at least 18 years old to shop with Klarna invoice/part payment.

Why does the currency change at the checkout?

As we are a Norwegian-based company, our base currency is NOK. While we display prices in your local currency for convenience, the final payment is processed in NOK at checkout. This means the amount charged may vary slightly depending on exchange rates and any fees applied by your payment provider.


Do I need to provide my social security number at checkout?

You only need to provide your social security number if you choose to pay by invoice or part payment. For payments with VISA or credit card, you do not need to provide a social security number.


Has my order gone through?

An order confirmation is sent by email to you as soon as the order has gone through. If you have entered the wrong email address or do not receive an email, you can contact customer service by phone, chat, or email.


My purchase did not go through, but there was still a reservation made?

In case of a technical error, a reservation may be made on your bank account even if the order did not go through. The amount is not withdrawn, just reserved, and it will be released within a few days.

 

Why isn’t my purchase going through?
If your purchase is not approved when you choose to pay by invoice, it could be due to several reasons:

- You are under 18 years old
- The address you provided is not your registered address
- You have entered the wrong social security number
- You have reached your maximum credit limit

Discount Codes

Where do I enter my discount code?

You enter your discount code in the checkout. There you will find a discount code field that says "Discount code", where you write your code and click "apply". This will apply the code to your purchase. 

 

Do you have any discount codes I can use?

Discount codes are announced on social media, such as Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok if there are open campaigns. They are also sent out by email. Some discount codes will only be available to Knit&Note Premium users.


Shipping

We normally dispatch all packages within 1 business day, provided all products are in stock.

Shipping Provider:

Packages are sent with DHL Express. If your order does not fit in the mailbox, it will be sent to the nearest post office. You will then receive a pickup notice by post, email, or SMS notification.

Normal Delivery Time:

1-3 business days from when the package is sent from us.

Shipping Prices:

You automatically get free shipping on orders over 1500 NOK, while there is a shipping cost of 15 USD for purchases below 1500 NOK.

Tracking:

The link for tracking the package can be found in the email you receive from us when the package is dispatched from our warehouse.
