Description

Handdyed yarn in lovely soft chunky mohair. Chunky Mohair from Unique Yarns is a luxurious Italian yarn. Mohair's ability to retain warmth is about twice that of wool. This yarn gives chunky, but at the same time light garments, with a beautiful halo effect. It can be knitted on thick needles (5 mm/US 8 and up).

Wash: We recommend hand washing followed by a quick spin, or wool wash program temperature 30°C if you trust your washing machine. Use ONLY detergent intended for wool/silk (Milo or such). Feel free to add a little clear vinegar - this helps preserve the colors. Do not soak the garment. Please note that the yarn may contain excess colour. Therefore, wash separately the first time. All knitted garments should be stored flat.
