You have a 14-day right of withdrawal for the purchase of physical products from Knit&Note. Note that any items to be returned must be unused and in the same condition as new.

If you wish to return an item, follow these steps:

1. Fill out the withdrawal form attached to your order confirmation email

2. Pack the items in a way that protects them sufficiently, and include the withdrawal form

3. Send the package to:

Responsibility and Payment

If you exercise your right of withdrawal, you are responsible for paying the return shipping costs. Remember that you are also responsible for ensuring the package reaches us safely.

Processing Time

A return is typically processed within 1-3 weeks after it has been received at our warehouse. You will receive an email once the return has been processed.

Refunds

If you paid by card, the amount will be refunded to the same card used for the purchase.

If you used Klarna, you can extend the due date for free at www.klarna.no. If this is not done, a late fee may be charged before your return is received and processed. Late fees are charged to you as the customer. Klarna can be contacted by phone at 21 01 89 91 or at www.klarna.com/no/kundeservice

The invoice will be updated as soon as we have processed your return. If you have already paid your invoice, Klarna will contact you to get your account number for the refund.
