Description
Knit&Note Cashmere Mohair is an exceptionally soft and exclusive yarn. The cashmere fiber makes the yarn unique and gives you the ultimate feeling of luxury. It works amazingly held together with Knit&Note Merino or Highland Wool. It can also be used alone, ideally in double or triple strands for a light and fluffy garment.
The mohair fiber is from South Africa, whereas the cashmere and silk come from China. The fiber is transported to Peru, where the entire process from fiber to finished skein takes place in the same location. The factory is Fairtrade certified, ensuring good working conditions for its employees.
A share of the sales goes to Mirasol, the factory's own primary school. Mohair is not recommended for children under 1 years old, due to the risk of small fibers being ingested.
