Description
Knit&Note Merino is a very soft yarn made from pure merino wool. The yarn is itch-free, making it ideal for both babies and children, whether knitted with a single or double strand. For adults, it pairs perfectly with Knit&Note Cashmere Mohair to create a luxurious and fluffy look.
The wool comes from sheep that live a good life in Argentina. The fiber is hand-sorted, and only the finest fibers are used in the yarn. The fiber is transported to Peru, where the entire process from fiber to finished skein takes place at the same location. The factory is Fairtrade certified, ensuring good working conditions for its employees.
For each skein sold, a portion of the sales goes to Mirasol, the factory's own primary school. The yarn is GOTS and OEKO-TEX certified, as well as mulesing-free. It is not superwash treated.
